‘So cute…” you thought as you were handed a tiny sleeping toddler. Another almost mirror image of him walked to your side.
“This is Feliciano and Lovino Vargas, Lovi~.”
The little boy mumbled, “Don’t call me Lovi.”
The social worker, not listening, continued saying, “This is Miss ___________. She is going to take care of you from now on.”
Lovino looked you up and down still frowning. “Hmph.”
“Ok, I have to go now. Call me if you have any questions Miss __________.”
You nodded and closed the door still holding Feliciano. Then you looked down at Feliciano, ‘He is so cute…’ You blushed.
“I’m hungry, feed me,” Lovino demanding. You snapped out of it and nodded placing Feliciano on your couch and trying to find Lovino something to eat in the fridge.
“Let’s see, how about a sandwich?”
Lovino stuck out his tongue, “Yuck.”
“Hmm, I have some leftover meatloaf. How about that?”
Lovino glared at you, “No.”
“Hmm…let’s see I have tomatoes…”
“I’ll have those,” Lovino said taking a tomato out of the fridge.
A small voice from the family room called out, “Hello…where am I?”
Standing up you closed the drige and walked to where you had left Feliciano, “I’m _________ and I’ll be taking care of you.” You said smiling at the little boy.
Feliciano smiled, “Grazie! You’re pretty,” he hugged your leg, “can I call you mama?”
“I-I,” you stuttered blushing at his adorableness.
“Don’t call her that, she isn’t our mother.”
You sat down on the couch and picked up Feli, “It’s ok Feli, you can call me mama if you want.”
“Yay!” he said hugging you.
Turning to a frowning Lovi you said, “You can call me mama too if you’d like.”
Lovino blushed, “S-sure…w-whatever.”
“Aww,” you said picking him up and placing him on your other lap. “You’re so adorable.” You gave Lovino a big kiss on the cheek.
“I wanna kiss too mama!”
